Coordinator, School of Marketing

Responsibilities of the position

  • Support the planning and delivery of the SOM’s workshops for individuals
  • Secure faculty schedules for the year
  • Assist in managing vendors and partners at various regional locations
  • Assist in managing the registration process for participants online, by phone and email
  • Handle all necessary logistics (e.g. shipment of training materials, administration of surveys, etc.)
  • Be the ANA ambassador at workshops – present and be able to discuss ANA and SOM benefits at the workshops
  • Gather and deliver follow-up learning materials to participants immediately after workshops
  • Database administration, tracking, reporting and other records maintenance - including generating MS Excel reports
  • Management and execution of invoicing, tracking, and follow-up
  • Other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications

  • Entrepreneurial attitude
  • Highly organized, detailed, accurate with effective time management and project management skills
  • Articulate
  • Excellent phone presence and customer service
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in planning, managing and executing events preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
