Join the skilled ANA Marketing Training & Development Center (MTDC) team in delivering top-tier marketing training to leading organizations worldwide. MTDC is a business unit within the ANA that delivers marketing training to primarily ANA members, as well as non-members. MTDC training combines the experience of real-world marketers with proprietary industry insights to provide engaging learning that improves marketing efficiency, effectiveness, and ROI. We are seeking an experienced Training and Event Program Manager to help manage the open enrollment marketing training program. Your role will be to plan, manage, and execute ANA’s high quality open enrollment training workshops in collaboration with another team Manager - approximately 116 virtual workshops and approximately four in-person, multi-day workshops/bootcamps.

Starting pay range: $65,000 to $75,000, based on relevant experience and qualifications.

What You Will Be Doing
The following are the Training & Event Program Manager's responsibilities:
- Managing the open enrollment training program, from planning through execution, which delivers virtual workshops and in-person multi-day workshops in various cities for ANA members and non-members.
- Ensuring a white glove experience for members before, during, and after the training workshops.
- Collaborating and developing relationships with instructors for scheduling availability, receiving workshop materials, delivering successful workshop experiences, providing all pertinent workshop information before, during, and after workshop, processing invoices etc.
- Virtual Workshops
- Managing seamless execution of workshops including website management, the registration process, member/ non-member communication, Zoom workshop set-up, surveys, attendance reconciliation etc.
- Managing and leading the execution of Zoom virtual practice sessions and workshops.
- In-Person, Multi-Day Workshops/Bootcamps
- Managing comprehensive project management and seamless execution of workshops including website management, the registration process, member/ non-member communication, printing/packaging/shipping materials, A/V, room set-up requirements, venue directions/parking/security needs, catering, surveys, networking receptions etc.
- Managing venue/host relationships by identifying and securing scheduling at venues throughout the year.
- Attending/managing the execution of in-person workshops in various cities (including NYC) with the ability to travel (may vary, approximately 5%).
- Ensuring accurate financial and metric management and on-going business reporting including invoicing, financial tracking, and collecting/managing on-going metrics for the training program.
- Providing training program marketing support through weekly emails, website and content management (publishing of workshop descriptions/registration), social media campaigns/blogs, marketing collateral, and event-cross promotion at other events.
- Annual budget planning, including strategy, financial and metric projections, and scheduling of all workshops.
- Developing, reviewing, and managing the accuracy of event posting/publishing on the ANA website.
- Managing customer service inquiries.
Candidates for this position must have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree along with 4-6 years of solid work experience planning, managing, and executing training programs and/or events
- Knowledge of and experience using virtual training platforms such as Zoom for training and/or events
- Logical thinker with excellent administrative, organization, and project management skills necessary
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and take ownership of the business
- Ability to exercise sound judgment when to take the initiative and when to seek help
- Excellent interpersonal skills; well-spoken and articulate
- Strong customer service-oriented attitude and skills
- Solid financial and data management skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent presentation skills
- Proven written communication skills
- Exhibits exceptional teamwork, positive attitude, and is highly collaborative
- Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Event planning training/certification preferred
- Background and /or interest in marketing and training a plus
