As a Senior Learning Experience Developer, you will be a key contributor to this training by helping to advance and innovate the on-demand training program which currently includes over one hundred courses, certificate programs, and a certification program. Join the skilled ANA MTDC team delivering top-tier self-paced learning for professionals at leading organizations worldwide. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Learning Experience Developer to create engaging, interactive digital learning experiences for professionals across the marketing and business community. This is a hands-on course development role focused on transforming complex subject matter into compelling self-paced learning. The ideal candidate combines expertise in learning experience design with advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise 360, AI-powered tools, multimedia production, and learning technologies. This is not primarily a curriculum design or instructional-design position. Approximately 80% of this role is course development and production, with 20% focused on learning design, needs analysis, and collaboration with subject matter experts.

What You Will Do
Build Interactive Digital Learning Experiences
- Develop high-quality online learning products using Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, and AI-enabled tools such as HeyGen.
- Create engaging eLearning interactions, branching scenarios, activities, simulations, knowledge checks, and assessments, as well as storyboards and scripts.
- Produce multimedia learning assets, including video, audio, animation, and graphics.
- Design learner-centered experiences that drive engagement, retention, and practical application.
- Apply adult learning principles and modern learning experience design practices.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and industry experts to translate complex content into effective digital learning experiences.
- Identify learning objectives, performance outcomes, and instructional strategies.
- Recommend appropriate learning approaches based on audience needs and business goals.
- Lead development projects from concept through launch.
- Create and maintain course templates, standards, and development processes.
- Build, redesign, and update courses and programs.
- Conduct quality assurance testing and troubleshooting.
- Ensure SCORM compliance and successful LMS deployment.
- Maintain version control and documentation throughout the development lifecycle.
- Analyze learner feedback and performance data.
- Recommend enhancements to existing courses and programs.
- Stay current on emerging learning technologies, tools, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience developing digital learning solutions in corporate or professional services workplaces for audiences such as customers, product users, sales teams, employees, or other workforce and professional development learners.
- Advanced course developer proficiency in:
- Articulate Storyline 360
- Rise 360
- AI-powered tools, such as HeyGen
- SCORM and LMS-based deployment/testing
- Strong command of adult learning theory, instructional design, visual and graphic design, audio and video production, and editing.
- Portfolio demonstrating your interactive digital course development expertise and innovation (include Articulate Storyline 360 examples)
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, editing, and stakeholder collaboration skills, including the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback to subject matter experts.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to independently manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and projects in a collaborative, results-oriented environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
